In 1880, The Salvation Army work commenced in Ireland. For 133 years, The Salvation Army has been a helping hand in Ireland, with programs like Lifehouse. Lifehouse is more than a hostel or shelter for the night, it helps people get their life back. The Salvation Army Hands Out Water At The Olympics

The Salvation Army handed out thousands of water bottles to Olympic spectators this weekend at King’s Cross Station. 39,335 bottles, to be exact! A lot of water, for a lot of thirsty people!

Jesus said “But whoever drinks the water I give him will never thirst. Indeed, the water I give him will become in him a spring of water welling up to eternal life.” John 4:14″
