National Salvation Army Week

May 15th – May 21st, 2017

Lunch with the Homeless Day

National Salvation Army Week is a time for us to thank all of our generous donors, businesses, and volunteers who allow us to accomplish all that we do. The Lunch With The Homeless Day is an opportunity for the community to be a listening ear to a hurting heart in a safe and supervised environment. We are hoping that this will help break down the barriers of the misconceptions that homeless people are of any less value or that they are scary. Homeless people are just like you and I….It’s nice to just talk with someone. $5 will provide your lunch and theirs as well. Come give just a bit of your time to help someone get through one more day. This will be an experience you won’t forget.
